Terms of Delivery
Down-stated terms of sales- and delivery is valid for all deliveries from BeadsNdrops.com and BeadsNdrops.dk. The terms are valid unless there has been other written terms between you and BeadsNdrops.com.
Prices and payment.
Due to new taxrules - All prices are per August 1. 2010 incl. Danish VAT – If your are a company in EU - please state you national rax number and we will deduct the dansih V.A.T. If you are living in an non-EU country we will adjust the prices manually from your credit card payment.
regarding Business to business - Please be aware that your own custom will add your national tax. The goods kan be ordered on-line and paid by Dankort, Visa, Mastercard.
You can contact BeadsNdrops for special request if you want to pay through bank transfer - In case your bank transfer is chosen YOU have to pay for BOTH fee both in Denmark and your own country - Transfer fee in Denmark is 40,- DKR which you have to add to your order:

Delivery
Normally the time of delivery is 2-3 workingdays. The delivery og goods from BeadsNdrops is considered valid, then the client has received the goods. Shipment af goods will be with National Mail Post Denmark. – Unless a written agreen says otherwise.
In case a product is sold out - You have to order the products once more in a new order..

Purchase DKK 1.000,00 + , free of charge incl. insurance in Denmark
Shipment outside Denmark – National mail: Post Denmarks rules and tariff’s. Shipment with Fedex etc.- only after written agreement..

A offer is only valid as long as it is in stock..
Risk of purchase
The risk of purchase for goods bought at BeadsNdrops passes to you as consumer at the time of delivery.
Change of purchaset
If you within 14 days of your purchase change your mind, you can return the goods and receive your money back. You have to bare the cost yourself for returning the goods and you have to enclose a copy of the invoice. The goods has to be in the same condition and number as when you received the goods.

Regarding refund of your payment you have to inform us about bankregistration number and account number incl. the swift-code of your bank. For return bank transfer YOU have to paid for both fees in Denmark and your own country
Complains
If the goods contains flaws at the delivery from BeadsNdrops - you have to claim the flaws within 7 days days of receiving the goods. It is your duty to show and state and document – where the flaw is. If you discover a flaw, please turn yourself to BeadsNdrops soonest possible.
